Matt Scribbles & Dibbles - Dried up sex life due to arguing

You wrote: I think now after reading this, when my fiancé argues with me, I am going to make him give me evidence! Because clearly I haven’t been evaluating my arguments for facts that are true! When I got married to my ex-wife, she spent the first couple of years engaging me in ridiculous arguments on a regular basis. It took me a while to figure out that one of her former lovers used to do the same thing with her and it make her crave to argue and dominate me whenever possible. I learned to argue with her using logic and watched her use emotional manipulation as well as dry up our love life in order to cause me to lose arguments. I hope that you are your fiancé continue to have healthy arguments that bolster the relationship and not result in long standing power struggles between you both. It is almost better to let your fiancé win arguments and have a strong marriage, than the opposite. I enjoyed your writing and I wish you the best in this class.

You wrote: I do think that facial recognition technology is good and bad. You didn't take a position for or against facial recognition. If I were in your shoes, I'd take a look at a few movies where facial recognition was used, mostly by the evil dudes to capture the good ones. We all have likely gotten a red light photo, sometimes mistakenly because we went through a yellow light, and the city gets a ill-gotten gain against you because they'd rather have a company rake in the money instead of doing good police work. Also, when it comes to technology like this, it is going to advance no matter what we as the public wants. So embracing it is good, but knowing that it's intent is bad is likely the best. If cities that utilize facial recognition are not fair to its citizenry, then the people will revolt or use civil disobedience to put the government in it's place somehow. I liked your writing, but I wish that you had taken a position on the matter.
